I can SO relate to that. I recently swore off buying more fabric (unless it's lining for a project I'm actually working on) because I have enough fabric (now fully catalogued and spreadsheeted) to carpet my backyard - over 500m2, which I have no idea how to translate into yards, but there's a lot of it there!) My son laughed out loud when I rang a company that regularly sends me fabric swatches to cancel my subscription. He doesn't believe I can do it. But in the last three weeks, I've sewn: a top (Vogue 2064), a bag (Nancy's Notions Trace n Create I forget which one it was), 6 "fast and fleecy" scarves, a dress (Butterick 5318), another top (Simplicity 1590) and I'm half-way through a BurdaStyle blouse. I was thinking the other day that I'd like to make KwikSew 3513 in navy blue, but then realised I don't have any navy blue cotton lycra, so there goes that idea. Oh well. I should write a sewing blog.
Thank you for each and every comment. I appreciate them all, but I have to be honest and let you know that I'm usually bad about answering questions. I hope you understand that there just isn't enough time in the day to do everything I want to do.
